The warehouse does not need to be the Active warehouse to raise a sales order on that warehouse. New from the ribbon or toolbar allows the creation of an invoice in another warehouse. The warehouse details for each sales order are displayed bottom left corner of the sales order.
Steps

 Order Entry
|
| 2. | New > New Sales Order in Different Warehouse |
| 3. | Select warehouse from the search window that is automatically displayed |
| 4. | Select debtor account |
| 5. | Complete the sales order and save |
